Dear Toronto and Detroit, you have officially had your free agent pickups deemed a fail. I’m sorry but I’m having a devil of a time trying to decide which one of you has had a more disappointed season, though T.Dot is at least in contention for the playoffs. At the same spot they were in last year, and it only cost $53 million dollars and Chris Bosh’s guaranteed departure. Detroit is still sending Valentine’s Day cards to Chauncey Billups to get him to come back, while trying to ignore Rip Hamilton’s anger (and receding hair line). How I’m not a GM is beyond me.
